The only thing I yank is my hair when I am being lectured by the short loud mouthed met rep in So Cal about the BS physician Androgel email program. NO sane provider wants to receive. Who the F made her the DM? Who at corporate thinks providers are drooling at the thought of receiving an email? But they'd rather receive an email than a visit from her.....Just sayin.
I feel your pain. None of my customers want the email since they use a university email system and are worried about being hacked.
