Then add REAL bonus money for REAL sales efforts. If you are really good and bust your ass EVERYday ALLday then you should be paid another 50 - 75 K based on stellar sales simple, no?

Just to add: Romona and Takeda's priority is cost cutting. Do you really trust them with 50%-75% of your income. They simply have their mathematicians make the pay buckets on your bonus plan more unfavorable to the employees and they are paying out 50% to plan. Don't forget how it's not that hard to get 0% on a product. Say they lose coverage on a big plan in your area or a national plan and you are getting a fraction of your pay. If I trusted them, your plan is not crazy. I could say the same about communism, a beautiful idea, but in that case individual motivation destroys the whole idea. In this case it's their ability to make a fair Comp plan/trust them to pay out 100% on average across the country. I would also need a much less volatile IC bonus structure.
Is it true the IC folks are working on a plan to compensate you for backstabbing your counterparts? Oh wait, they already have that......don't they?
