stop blowing Magnifica- so obvious you play favorites bc they were your shitty team!

Most of them suck!!! They are dragging the numbers down bc my docs don't like my mag rep. In fact, he admits it!!!

The conference call today with the 2 PCP teams was one of worst that I have been on. It was so obvious that the Magnifica team was reading from a script the entire time. I was embarrassed for them, but they don't know any better. The same reason they could make 15 calls a day and not make an impact. News flash, when your docs fill an HE Rx - they were most likely going to do it anyway, it wasn't because you were in there once over the last month. How about you get some new IBS-D Rx's -on targets that I don't call on. I'm all for you doing well , it's a win/win but you have to actually sell ,not just drop samples and make more calls. You have to mix in a little quality with the quantity.

I couldn't agree more. They are terrible. I was at a lunch with a Magnifica rep the other day & the provider literally couldn't understand him. He had to ask the mag rep what he was trying to say. I'm was embarrassed to be associated with this person.

hiu GI losers keep telling yourself that. Come Q1 next year many of you will be replaced with hard working lower paid
contract reps. It's a fact. You suck losers. Your right if an HE script is written it's not because of anyone. It's the best option. So why would you think you play a part in it? Your done. Your lazy, spoiled and useless. Also, funny Josh is the VP So guess what you on the outside looking in pecker head

Well said! Xifaxan is the best product and it's going to continue to grow. The bottom 1/2 of GI managers and reps will be gone in Q1. There are a lot of average people making a lot of money. The party is about over boyzzzz and girlzzzzz's. Magnifica is rolling in soon.

    Ha Ha Ha.
Your ridiculous conference call on Friday helped MM see how far of a drop off there is with the Magnifica group. Sometimes you obviously get what you pay for. Great script , I especially liked the transition statements/ hand off to the next rep. Those almost sounded like they could have been from a Charles Charles video. Great stuff...

Magnifica reps are so clueless... wait until the newbies get a taste of Pharma when their contract is cut. They don't understand that 99% of contract are never rolled over. They are just rent a Reps.

Pipe down princess. Your numbers are down because suddenly having to get signatures has become a challenge. Finish off your last bag of blow, put on a tie for once and go sell. Surely you know how to do that, you did it for 5 yrs at Enterprise before coming to Salix. Fuckwad.

Great meeting Josh. Nothing like 12 hour days, constant role plays, being told how much we suck for days on end and shitty buffet food to really drive results. I can't wait to get home and start firing off my resume. And I'm not alone on this.

No - he was actually one of the few that wasn't obviously reading a script .

So looks like Valeant is the grinch, ripping off rep (and their family) from Christmas money / bonus Q3. The unattainable 40% or more goal increase, with little samples .. Then genius Josh pulls the sales forces out for a dumb meeting on the last week of the quarter.

I’m out, no more of this company ... it’s giving me IBS-D lol

No one that was at that meeting had a 40% goal increase - all of us were in the field- but it doesn't make a difference because most of us won't hit the 80% threshold anyway with the ridiculous goals.

    What's Josh last name?

Really troll??? What's our VP of sales last name??? You obviously don't work here.

Bottom line....this guy is a joke and a total blow hard. His meeting was laughable. Told us things were different and this was a safe space to practice new messaging only to completely show his colors at the end with the micro managed bullshit. He has no business leading a specialty sales force

True, but Nicola has no business leading Marketing and Mark McKenna has no business running Salix. Everyone in BW, including people close to Mark are still trying to figure that one out.

You nailed it my friend. How Valeant puts all these young, inexperienced douchebags in charge of a billion dollar brand is baffling. Josh has been here for 6 months. 6 months and he is an expert on our business. I mean he came from eye care. Right? I’d love to see him go toe to toe with some of our KOLs. What a fucking joke. Wait six months. This turd will be flushed just as his past predecessors were. And that skinny Irish vag will follow shortly. Trust me.
