When the hell is someone going to TAKE CHARGE and try to help ME make a difference? STOP the damn business plans! they do not work. It just damn busy work NSD's. Why? Why? Why?
WHY? Because you work for big pharma now. You work for guys who ran primary sales forces at Sanofi. Survival depends on your ability to look good via you "max plan", not speak up against anything, and by heavens sake, don't point out that they are full of shit. While you are delivering you max plan, be sure to stroke the egos of BR and RR. Stay on their good side and kiss their arses. It's all about survival until something better comes along....
If you don't like Ferring then why don't you just leave? Because many of us like it here because it's a good place to work and my doctors like me. Stop your complaining and negativity because IT doesn't help anyone including you stupid head. Just leave jerk boy. We like it hear. We leave samples and share success stories.
