I hope Dear Romona and her dearest coworkers had a wonderful night sleep after her driver took them home in the big fancy corporate cars last night. I just have a hard time thinking someone would cut 480 employees and feel like they hit the jackpot. She comes into companies and destroys others and their families and collects their big checks to do it. Some will lose homes and everything they have because of her. Some may never find a job because of their ages. But on a good note, I believe in Karma. If I really said what I am thinking it would not be lady like or too classy so I'll just keep it to myself. Don't be silly. They answer to shareholders and no one else. It's not personal just business. What is dissapointing is all the takedisms they share .... really meaningless. follow me, do the bare minimum and stay under the radar. This was taught to me by Mikey Vallejo and it worked wonders for him... He represents the new takeda.

Please show us more photos of your f-cked up kids and family at meetings so we can throw up and pretend to give a shit how you take them skiing while cutting jobs and pretend that's a "hard decision." She is a complete liar who cares only about herself and showing a good bottom line no matter how many employees she hurts (who become former employees) along the way. This is her history. This way she gets a huge bonus for herself. She couldn't care less about the reps, mangers, etc. she is in it for Ramona and only Ramona. If you think otherwise then you have lost your mind
So is it just me? Does this ship seem doomed? If Takeda was an American company a Pfizer would have bought us out and picked our bones clean; but we know that can't happen..So what's to became of TPUSA? Seriously? there is literally nothing on the horizon but that pie in the sky promise that TPUSA is going to procure WHO? I'm beginning to think that ain't gonna happen like AT ALL.

He's a big waste of space at Takeda, knows nothing about how to analyse business or motivate reps. He's truly a liar and will do anything to look good. Did you hear him at the last sales meeting, he can't speak well or present himself professionally at all. Just think, he's here and great managers like Bisset or Sizemore not. How does that happen
Haven't been on website for quite a while.Very sad to hear how much lower this once great company has sunk.Before 2010,it was one of the best places to be.Great management,people and culture,but then as Actos was going generic,pipeline nonexistent,and bringing in Big Pharma jackasses,Takeda started to become a cesspool,and am sorry it continues to be one.I was blind sided by the 2010 layoff,and continued my career with a great company.I urge the rest of you to get out while you can,because this ship continues to sink and present management still doesn't give a damn about its people.Take your talent where u will be welcomed and respected.Good luck to all!
