Np. Paul will not sell off his only profitable division so long as he remains at Endo. That's the primary reason Endo purchased Par Pharmaceutical. Par Sterile Products is the division which keeps everyone on the payroll at Endo. Unless he's given another opportunity to be first or second in command with another pharma company so long as he agrees to sell PSP to that company, PSP is not going anywhere while Paul is the CEO.
