What's the deal with the on boarding process, the last few new hires are literally train-wrecks, how did they even get through the interviews?! We've had a little turnover in our district (to say the least), and I've seen several reps come and go over a short period of time. That being said we have 2 in particular: 1) "Jock-itch" and 2)"Lazy-dayz", one is a nasty creep that grabs his crotch and stares every time he sees something with a bra strap, the other one takes PTO almost weekly, I don't know how this person has even accrued that much pto, but damn! He's always at the airport, it's comical! They're not pulling they're own weight and it's showing, its getting pretty bad... And they hide it well from the dm, I've never thrown anyone under the bus but it's making my job more difficult and it's starting to annoy me
