New VP in MD

hows the new VP reporting to Tim?

 

Great - will definitely turn this company around with that group!

 

Have not seen any meaningful deliverables from Tim's group. It is a limping organization.

 

That's because he and most of the AVP's in SCG came from Ethicon or Pharma. Creative thinking appears to be frowned upon as everyone follows the process. I see it especially in Ethicon...cover your ass and manage up for your next job. Useless
