We need to get rid of the A-hole CFO that doesn't know anything about pharma. He is unloved by his team. Maybe if we had someone in that role that understood the dynamics of various "business model" decisions wouldn't be rammed through. Oh and please do take Georgie with you. How many times can GH be shifted around without making any meaningful impact.

Dear disgruntled humanoids. Although you may find this hard to believe, nobody wants to hear about your troubled life or general lack of knowledge about anything relevant to this organization or the people within who are tremendously successful. Your continued efforts to undermine the abilities and talents of others is palpable and highly offensive. When we talk about productivity and contribution to society as a whole, your name never surfaces. You are what is wrong with America, a sniffling, vindictive, and whiney little shit with no sense of reality or ability to produce anything that resembles usefulness. I could go on and on about your lack of worth, and how you could do us all a favor by falling into a vat of highly erosive acid, but I will waste no more time on this. Go read Don't Kill Myself Books, and do us all a favor and ignore the author's advise.

Awe, is this from Rita?? You must be so sad you work for such a stupid company that's losing everything. Just look at the stock price- how embarrassing for you.

I was not laid off and have done great the last wo years. But it doesn't mean I'm safe, or feel this is a good company. Can't you all see the writing on the wall? We will all be gone soon too. There is no way they can keep up primary drugs with all the bad press lately.... I mean Hello?! "the curious case of Duexis" article?? If you feel so superior today thinking your so much better, don't kid yourself. You sell OTCs for over 2k, that's just insane. I'm embarrassed to put this company on my resume.

I did not care for Rita either. She is as fake as her hair color. And yes, she should update her resume as we speak!

Holy Shit, that has to be the funniest goddamn post I've ever read on CP! I'm hoping the poster actually feels that way, and isn't just trolling. Now let me count the number of contributions to society that Horizon has made. Hmmm, they borrow money, buy drugs that have already been developed and raise the prices on them by HUGE (and I mean Donald Trump HUGE) multiples. Yep, that old Timmy boy is sure angling for humanitarian of the year!

Primary Care is dead. The shit they threw out there about how they were so excited about getting Duexis and Vimovo back onto PBM formularies (and keeping Pennsaid on) was hilarious. You know why they got back on formulary? Because the PBMs weren't going to pay you squat for them. The days of being reimbursed a couple of grand per Rx for generic meds is over. I'm sure some investor lawsuits will follow for not disclosing that getting back on formulary meant drastic rebates to the PBMs. Now Timmy will focus on the orphan side and I'm sure, work diligently to have all Horizon's drugs ranking in the top 10 priciest pharmaceuticals in the world (they already have 2 there). A company with no R&D, just buying up marginal drugs and jacking the prices up to stratospheric levels. God bless America - more baristas and masseuses at HQ I say!!

It's definitely a shame to see anybody in a position where they lose their job and are responsible for taking care of a family mortgage etc, however any intelligent person could put 2 and 2 together and for see into the future that the business model of the primary care unit could not last forever. Horizon at one time put food on my table, gas in my car and money in my pocket and for that I'm forever thankful. It's amazing how many other people horizon did this for yet they choose to bash the company that put money in their pocket food on their table and gas in their car.

Well gee, I guess all corporations, governments and non-profits should never be criticized (or "bashed" in internet parlance) because they put money in their employees pockets, food on their tables and gas in their vehicles. Yikes, what are they spiking the water cooler with over at HQ?
