Are we moving in the right direction here or should i take an offer with Novo ?

 

Right direction as in? What are you afraid of losing out on, if you left Roche?

 

No future here - but then there is no future in this industry.

 

In which case the short-term decision should be purely based on job security, and finances.
Hopefully, this buys you time in moving onto something better in the near-long term.

I think Novo is the way to go for now.

So many layoffs in the last few days in Indianapolis: a dozen in Health and Digital Solutions last week. 41 in R&D this week. Any more? I heard that employees in Mannheim R&D will be next. What have you heard?
