The contact rep told me Merck cut 40% of inVentiv Belsomra Reps & drastically expanded the territories of the remaining 60%. Now I'm wondering what Merck has up its sleeve for PC.
The reality is, our days are numbered. Pushing pills for a minor disease state is no longer stable employment as its all going to the CSOs. Biotech, is where the stable employment is.
Biotech is a burn and churn machine. The stability is around in certain areas but overall not better than pharma. I would put them on par sometimes worse.
