Does anyone know what the real deal is with Osmotica? I have noticed that a lot of HR / policies have been pushed down with their letter head. Do they run the vertical show with the employees in the dark?

no one is for sale. People have been let go over past few months that were dragging the company down and things are going to change for the better. Wait and see. Look for accountability. They will bring in change agents and the shit will hit the fan with the losers quickly. Love harriet.

Sales were way below projection during the first month of launch because Osmotica leaders over promised to investors but it’s our fault? We only get paid half commissions because they don’t know how to correctly do math or create a strategic target plan? They created the comp plan to not pay out if we didn’t hit a specific goal on purpose. They knew we wouldn’t hit it and they didn’t want to pay out. Right before a Christmas commission check at that. Way to bring down the moral of your sales team and show us you don’t give a $hit about us. Who is making these terrible decisions?

Look who is leading sales… a complete half wit. Did anyone listen to that conference call? We were all texting asking each other what the h*** he was saying. So C suite Is either oblivious or stupid if they continue to allow this bullshit.

The decisions by the executive team are all made based on the stock options in their contracts which will be fully vested in 2023 when the group of five probably plan to retire.
Their agreed partial disposition of shares as compensation in Jan 2020 were at $7 !! per share right after the owners bought more stock at $5.
Watch for some of the same Jan 2021
This company is so over leveraged debt/equity is 206%
Osmotica is a house of cards and it’s
It is only going to get worse
With nothing to do with the pandemic

True. It’s been going on for years.
Next will be the annual layoff of the sales force. That is the easiest way to take no responsibility and maintain their big paychecks. It’s like clockwork. Probably will happen by the end of the year

    A lot more than that-
BK 2,126,000 shares of stock or $12million
JD 328,408 shares or $2 million
    AE 167,259 shares $1 million
    But
They can afford to give Sales their measly commissions
    Class acts

Guessing the three stooges Donlon, Schaub and Markison didn't get canned though? Someone has to steer the ship into the rocks!

They all have contracts so when they go they get huge packages. That is, if anyone is crazy enough to invest before they go under.
