What does their marketing, quality, RA departments do over there? First the OB Gold debacle, then the Adverse Reporting FDA warning and now this?????

 

Ha! they get huge bonuses every year too. Not the sales force. HA!

As the exclusive commercial distributor of ConZip in the U.S., Vertical is responsible for preparing and approving all marketing and promotional materials.... Vertical has informed Cipher that it has taken immediate corrective actions, including ceasing distribution of the ConZip promotional material cited in the warning letter, preparing a plan to collect and destroy the material, and commencing a corrective action communication to healthcare professionals. "
