OK it's great to get some diversity in the leadership of the company. Yet isn't it cliche for that to be in Human Resources? Well she better have the muscle to clean up that heaping pile of $%^$ that is our HR group. Plus another blonde at Timmy's side. Maybe BM will be next.
KW - a consultant that should have never joined the company. Maybe he will take SS with him. What did they accomplish for the company or employees in the past few years? ZERO. Hr part of integrations was poorly run. HR was never a place for employees to go for help or advice. As the culture sinks lower and lower and becomes more hostile, HR was ineffectual at seeing or impacting change.
