As a (once) proud member of the U.S organization, I am saddened to read this. We saw this coming for some time. Too many empty suits invaded our good business. Some with no clue of our patients, payors, providers and partners. This is not a surprise.
Mr. Dable had the chops and street credibility yet Bayer gave no incentive to continue his career there-even though he started at the bottom. This should be an example to many. Shame on this organization.

You must be one of the aforementioned, fragile, territorial empty suits. If you were close to our organization, you would know that Habib LED though a tumultuous time with a strange bird at the helm above him. It's pretty safe to say that Habib was viewed as valuable to the street. We could have enjoyed his leadership for many years if it weren't for short sighted little Hitlers like Phil (and possibly you).
Look where Habib is then look at your own W-2.
    There ya go.

Yup. Sounds like a "W-2 Envy" response to me.
Let me guess..stuck in middle management (at best), jumbo mortgage, wife doesn't look at you anymore and tuition staring you in the face next year. My guess is that you're 40-50 years old and you've just realized this is the best you'll ever be in life. I'd be angry, too. Up yours, loser.

This place has lost its focus and makes crazy last minute tactical changes due to their inability to stick to a good strategy (because one never existed). What a mess.
