The worst company in Ortho

This company is being run into the group by white men. Not a single woman of color is in charge. The only way to save this company is to start pulling women of color through to leadership, just like this country.

 

And don't forget to pay them $15/hour.

That will never, in a million years, never happen. The closest thing they have in regards to a person of color is maintenance and customer service I have worked there and I saw 1 person of color. They ended up shipping her to microport when the split came. Very sad company.
