CFO Moretti is a Loser. He should be fired immediately!

He is responsible for Company Financial issues.

 

Yeah!!! I'm sure you know exactly what he does on the day to day and how he screwed up the company. Totally his fault!!!

 

He is responsible for Sales Force Mess, too! Pulling out People out of Neurology and putting them for Nucynta was not a smart move.
Not having Plan B in case of drop of Shareprice is not smart, too. What about Share Buy Backs to help Stock Price, to help refinancing with better Terms?
He is inapt and incapable. He should have been fired together with Schoeneck. He and Schoeneck are companions andresponsible for current mess.

 

He had nothing to do with the sales force redesigns. That was strictly a Commercial thing.

Invest in Depomed because you believe in the products, in the underlying asset value, in the leadership of the company. No one is arguing about the crappy stock price; we are ALL under water as employees. But the majority will put their head down and get to work, knowing that our products CAN AND DO make a difference in the lives of many people. Can leadership to a better job? Of course they can; as someone who has met and spoken with Augie on several occasions, he is a smart, rational person that has done a great job managing the debt/finances of the company.

 

What matters is Stock Price. Ask him why he has allowed Shortsellers to attack Company in a such terrible way? Why he has not put some money aside for a Share Buy Back? That would have killed all Short Selling Ambitions and would have set up a Squeeze. He might be smart but inapt for this position now. Need new CFO.

 

Huh? The product is an opioid, which cannot be differentiated from hill billy heroin no matter how many times the company management says the word "differentiated". There is nothing different about Nucynta as far as docs are concerned. Even HIV causing Opana had sales 3x Nucynta. Sales continue to decline week over week, not even flat or slightly to the upside.

Products? Value? Leadership? ....I think you are confused and are posting on the wrong message board.

So, if docs in your territory can't tell the difference from hill billy heroin - you genuinely suck as a rep. If you are a rep at a competitor, you are annoyed b/c you are pimping a mu-agonist 'me too' drug that has a delivery system that MIGHT prevent the bottom dwellers on the gene pool from abusing it.

CII? Absolutely. Same risks as other CIIs? Yep. But the reality is this - docs that care to know DO KNOW how we are different. Even a 20-something with no experience can show the data to illustrate this. Sales decline, just like the rest of the market. Just not nearly as much --- and we haven't even talked about the shitstorm going on at the home office. Despite all of this, you have a nice chunk of experienced reps(and some newbies too) that are GROWING market share and TRx share.

So, which one are you? Shitty rep that doesn't care, or competitor rep that hates what you sell?

 

And now we know who you are, someone who clearly doesnt work at Depo, and clearly hasnt followed the quarterly earnings and scripts this year. Market share is not growing, its declining. Scripts are not growing, they are declining. And despite all these selling points on Nucynta, reps arent making the sales and doctors are not writing the scripts.

Clearly - you are a troll or just a low performer with an axe to grind. Any rep can look at the weekly data, pull up any territory, and see how they are doing in prescription volume for the last 17 weeks. What part of that do you not understand? There are territories that are losing share, territories that are gaining share, and many that are flat or moving slightly in one direction or the other.

We all know the company has reduced guidance, and we all know that revenues have fallen YoY. There’s no big secret there. Turnover has and will be the biggest impact to Sales figures in the next 3-6 months.

Those that choose to work their business, those that know their markets and their competitors, those that embrace the idea of being a resource to their customers, these are the people that EXCEL and move up. Nucynta is a phenomenal medication, and WE KNOW IT.

It is my personal option that Mr. Moretti is the only credible person left. He is the only leader that is genuine and has some respect and loyalty to Depomed and the employees. The situation is sad but you can not blame this on him. Look at Starboard and all the other key players. Plus, far to many reps have taken advantage of things (lavish expenses - meals and luxury meetings) so you should also look at the impact that has had on everyone and the business.

Announce a Buy-back you f*ng i*t. Because of drop of Share Price, Activist came in and destroyed Company. This Loser of CFO is still there. Unbelieveable.

 

CFO has been announcing negative things only. Looks always on the dark side. He is inept. Neurology outlook with 120-130m for 2018, even after adding 50 new Sales Reps to existing 40. How can Rev go down?
He is not creative, except if he deals with cheap Options he and other Managers get for themselves. It is a corrupt and self-serving company. Shame on them.
