Or did you tell them what you "thought they wanted to hear" as part of your ongoing survival strategy? In my district about a third to a half have completely surrendered and always tell the FLL what they think will be best received. Truth be damned.
I don't risk telling the truth, best bet in this company is to find out what those above you want to hear and find a way to repeat this in your own words, with high energy of course!!!!! Your feedback means nothing here, not being negative about this, just being realistic and honest. Stay on the script given.
I flat out told the truth and gave them both barrels, but it was truthful and needed to be said. End of story!
I think our new CEO, EW, knows we have a huge problem in the US. She has signaled this in several of her broadcast. She may be ready to make the changes needed in our current unempowered culture starting with removing several key Senior Leaders that continue to demonstrate poor judgement in business decisions and the cronies they chose to lead the salesforce. Primary care in particular. Lets hope enough speak up!
I told the whole ugly truth. Worked here a long time and this is as bad as it's been. Honestly feel that they are wasting their resources by the way they have reps organized.
Gray hair says they do the surveys to make employees happy, so they can vent. They think that their answers will change things. The company outsources the surveys and cares nothing about the results. I have been around since the last century and believe me , I know you are excited but nothing will happen or change....it is to satisfy the reps only.
I have been around since 2004 , and above post is a truism I hate to say. We can vent on these surveys, but no one reads them. Nothing is ever changed.
It is so funny to see how GSK operates. They love to say that we have heard you and are now making these changes, as if they actually listen to you. In reality they make changes when it is good for GSK not because of what you said or that they have heard you. Have been here since the 1980s and I know how these guys operate!
