I'm trying to make a decision to join MiMedx and I can't find anything negative except a few posts on this gripe board and a few law suits either defending patents or against former employees. And it appears one ambulance chaser trying to sue MiMedx.

Pete's history, donations to many universities and charities, 2 previous public companies and more. Looks like the only people griping are the ones that blew a good thing. You can't fix stupid.

I'm getting on board and accepting my offer. I may not make President Club this year, but I will next year. Watch out competition.

ATLANTA—Georgia State University will name its football field at Georgia State Stadium in honor of Parker H. “Pete” Petit, chairman and chief executive officer of MiMedx Group, successful entrepreneur and long-time supporter of the university, who has made a $10 million gift to the university to support the Athletics program.

Petite Pete is trying to confuse everyone by claiming the fired employees have something to do with Chanel stuffing. The people who were fired may have had it coming but it doesn't change the fact that MiMedx had a sophisticated scheme to fraudulently inflate sales.

And you're an accounting firm that has evaluated their books? How would you know anything about accounting? You a CPA? Did you go to college? Or are you relying on you staying at a Holiday Inn last night?

You are right - these negative comments about channel surfing and such make no sense. I've worked with Pete for almost 30 years (you'll be able to recognize me at team meeting by my age!). I've worked at MiMedx for about 5 years now, and with Pete and some other members of the management team at other very successful companies. I want to also reiterate that as a woman, that I not only feel respected, but appreciated in what some think is a male dominated field. I jumped at the chance to work for MiMedx and am so glad I'm here.

So since you are a women Pete didn't channel stuff? I'm not sure I understand the logic.

It's a public company with 3rd party auditors dummy. And they invited Ernst & Young in now to do their audits and SEC filings. If there was something to hide that would really be dumb. Go back to your coloring books, your attempt to play CPA isn't going to be a career for you.
