The struggles continue for Tampa Talent. Staff in TO.USRI have no loyalty so they won't stay beyond date, most are leaving early and manuafacturing applications will be running with limited Infratructure support. I am guessing their analysis didn't account for a great market, thus early departures as well as limited talent in hot Tampa.
I am sure you did, switching from a Janitor position in USTO to IT Architect would be a huge bump in your salary. Unfortunately you are going to wish you were the janitor still after a couple months in your new Tampa position. Enjoy!
