Hey, so I'm from a small town in rural Kentucky. In my previous job I covered a huge territory that included some of the major cities and in my current role I actually have an unrestricted territory and I make calls all over the state.

I'm worried that listing my home address is making recruiters discard my resume. Most pharma jobs in the state list Louisville or lexington as the location. Both are over an hour away from me, but I make multiple calls in both cities regularly.

So I'm just curious if anyone knows how much weight recruiters place on home address, and if it would be smart if I just stopped listing my home address on applications. Ive even thought of buying a po box in one of the big cities to list as my address. Any advice is appreciated.

There is no right answer to this I recently read a thread about this on LinkedIn article and it seem like recruiters were 50/50 on it
