You probably stayed home from school also . You evidently did not get a position with GSK since you are illiterate. " LOSER " is N-O-T spelled " LOOSER " Sparky. Stay off the internet if you can't even spell.

Wow. The cyber bully is back! "You did not get a position with GSK". Spoken like a non American. Sounds like GSK to hire someone offshore to pose as a GSK rep in the Us. Can't make this stuff up!

What do you mean by "Can't make this stuff up". You make stuff up with almost every post you make. Stop living on this board 24/7 troll.

Yep...." You did not get a position with GSK. " Yep, that sounds like a Somalian, or Norwegian, or Chinese, or Australian, or maybe Canadian ! Yep, that is def a term from a foreign employee bully.

Please get a life. Something is missing from your intelligence level kid.

The stock has under performed. The sales force has under performed. The management team has never performed. The products offer little to no value. Trolls on cafe pharma offer no value, and I am sure responses to this post will offer no value.

Things are a bit quiet, still waiting on Triple and generic advair. This job is good enough not to leave, but I'd be looking for better. I understand what GSK gives us, but I get what bad comes with it too. No real feedback is welcome as most of the sales has to be a charade to justify many things.

Dummy- no feedback because the upper management is working on the layoff plan. Get it together. You should know how this works by now.

I'm aware of what could happen, obviously the restructuring is a way of setting things up for things to come. Nothing is forcing their hands yet, but that doesn't mean something isn't brewing below.

Like the tides and moon, cycles also run with the company every few years. Same was in 2007.

GSK innovates in certain realms, such as Patient First and the current forced calibration process. Time to follow Lilly's lead on the next phase.

What a toxic culture. If you want a decent rating - sell your should and pander to your manager and tell them how smart they are when they "coach" you, do a couple of useless "projects" and hit your 85/15 metric by walking past Customers that marketing has designated as D&E all while the competition continues to out sells us. I hate this company and yes I am actively pursuing other jobs. I refuse to waste anymore of my time with an organization that is clearly circling the drain!
