Hey millennial , if you can't man-up and take the heat , simply quit. That is what GSK wants you to do. They do this every few years to thin the herd. It actually is very easy to tell them how you think and just quit. There are many other jobs out there less stressful and maybe you would do better in a job with a lower skill set.
the big problem is that management has no clue what is happening either!! Totally insane reorg that is creating chaos out here!
