New comp plan?

    Yes. Some cryptic comp plan that is supposed to be even better than the last one.

    Do they really forget that some reps have been around longer than 2 years?

    The most concerning part about the change is 'no one' seems to have all the details.

    Don't believe that all of the affected sales force received an email.
    The delivery of the message has been very disorganized and incomplete.

    1. Sales Rep that couldn't pass the Gallup.
    2. Scrub Tech
    3. Materials personnel that got out negotiated.
    4. 'Male' pharma rep that can't even get an interview with low 3rd tier implant company.

    Heard the new plan is primarily based on quotas for number of boxes open? Can this be true?
