Yearly Review

    Any idea when they will begin yearly reviews? We were all hired in Sept. 2016.

    What's the point of having a yearly review if we don't have a chance of getting a raise?

    So they can nit pick and find reasons to withhold increase.

    Since 5 people have quit in the last month and they are NOT replacing them, we should be able to get a decent raise.

    I need at least $1200.00 to breakeven from 2017. Gotta pay $1200.00 for "spouse fee".

    Yes, the spousal fee goes to the company and that is why it isn't PRE-tax when it is deducted. I asked HR, Paula.
