    * Territory Reviews utilized to subject people to bullying and humiliation in front of peers
    * Managers Pre Chosen to fill Roles they are not ready for nor do they have the required skills to manage
    * A Failed BART Program
    * A Failed partnership with Eisai
    * A Failed Culture that has seen Field Instructed to NOT CALL The Home Office
    * A Failed HUB for Akynzeo
    * Failed Field Advisory Council
    * A Core of Employees; Field and Home Office Based, Run off by Failed Leadership
    * Signing off on Training Content that is subpar and far from adequate
    * Training led by a Incompetent Vendor and Large Contract signed that has Helsinn Locked in
    (interesting, vendor is connected to the core group of leaders from Spectrum)
    * Core group of Leaders from Spectrum that have less than stellar resumes
    * Rolling Out and Signing off on Contracts that compete with each of your promoted products, One marginalizing or cannibalizing the other
    * Mangers instructing Field to utilize off label information and to leverage the contract by talking about "numbers"
    * Sales Rep accused of stealing a Flight Ticket from an Administrator at NJ ....Administrator is still employed and never has issued an apology
    * Quarterly IC Payouts promised to be paid out on a "Curve" only to find out that it was never approved; and yet was never communicated to the Field
    * Field Reps that were Run off due to Lack of Success and Lack of Passion replaced by very capable Reps but these reps did not achieve what Legacy Reps achieved ....hmmmmm
    * But best of all, is the CULTURE....This is one that eroded from Year One - Gone are the days of pointing the finger at Eisai...it has turned into a company that thrives on Knives stuck in peoples backs, Reps who are ridiculed by Management Group, Reps who are asked for Feedback only to be told to be quiet we don't want to hear it; NJ admins who run to the VP or CEO for Reps who take a Taxi from a POA to the Airport with the shit rolling down hill; a VP who busts a capillary for ppl not having phones on mute on a CC and seething until 11pm; The Chosen 17 vs the Remainder who were not Chosen at August POA for Future Retention with Helsinn; For Speaking up for what can be fixed... offering a solution only to find it is not welcomed and you are labeled a malcontent; The LAck of Career Development; SOP for how to resign properly from Helsinn post August POA....

    I stand and applaud you Oh Mighty Watchman and Keeper of the Faith...sadly, you and your henchmen are on your own and your resume within the industry continues to add luster

    Harvey, Irma and Helsinn! Can anyone draw any commonalities with this group? The first 2 are very sad natural disasters that devastated thousands of people. The last is a man made disaster that is beyond anyone's imagination. Where do I start with this collasall screw up. First, you isolate and segregate the entire sales force with the haves and the have nots. Brilliant, we are losing our work horse product that is keeping the lights on and you have managed to excellerate everyone's job search. Our leadership from across the pond hasn't read any history lessons on segregation. Note to management, no one feels save when some of the chosen haven't moved a handful of our precious 90/2/1 and others were left on the island of Misfit toys. Do you really want us to believe that no one in our US management had anything to do with this fiasco. Really!!! Oh and then the threat of losing your job if you were one of the chosen and let anyone know. Brilliant!!! How do you think that is going to work for you! I can give you a little insight, more reps will be leaving the fold asap.

    Sadly the 5 regions are managed by very different people. Some of my colleagues are managed by a character out of the Wizard of Oz! They feel as if they have stepped on Ozzie Osborne's Crazy Train! So how does our management handle this situation, like clock work they send the team back in the water with the shark. Don't worry we have your back like the people that launch NASA rockets. They set up comfortably 2 miles away in a concrete bunker. Basically your on your own. When professional sport teams start spiraling out of control they reassign the manager not the team but not our management!

    So to answer the initial question what do those three have in common, nothing. The first 2 are natural disasters that people will rally around to rebuild their lives. The last 1 was a man made disaster that has infected the entire culture, and like a nasty virus, no one is immune. Congratulations, you have managed to completely dismantle a functioning sales organization in record time. If you are lucky the Harvard Business Review team will contact you to publish how not to run a company. Trust me you have plenty of material!!!
