    I gave $10,000, which is about 10% of my income.

    If Valeant really cared, they wouldn't just throw crumbs to these people that are in dire situations. There is tens of billions in losses from the hurricane. Joe and the other executives rake in tens of millions. And all the whole company can give is $200k? Mario Lopez made more on the Jublia commercials that he did for us. This is disgraceful. Empty gesture that was done just to sent out a press release announcement.

    Given that Valeant has 28b in debt and cash starved, that's pretty reasonable. Yeah, you may have a 500k mortgage and car leases, and barely making ends meet to give 10k, but that's your choice. Let them run the company as they see fit or throw in your hat in to see if the shareholders will vote you to be their CEO.
