360 degree survey

is it true that the company will finally do a 360-degree survey? It is definitely an Amgen carry over but it is not such a bad idea.

 

If it is Amgen it must be great!

What a fucking joke survey! 3 questions about my manager.
NOT one question about managed care, reimbursement, Opko Connect, the compensation plan (lack of), sales reports, or even HR benefits.
WHAT WAS THE POINT?

 

The purpose of the survey was to justify micromanagement.

 

I know, but at least you could speak the truth about the inexperience and what a pussy of a manager you have.

 

WASTE of time.

 

Not one question about Opko Connect. WTF?

 

The survey would have been very insightful if they would have asked questions about Compensation, Salary Range, Opko disConnect, MB, HF, reimbursement and REAL advancement opportunities (non director levels - du huh).

 

My manager knows very little about Nephrology or Rayaldee. I ask a question, I get crickets.
