Holy cow so true! And the RSMs are drinking the kool aid. Mine at least. She's just as narcisstic and controlling as the newer one and her openings show that. There's are reps here 14-16 years quitting and selling respiratory for AZ. Not sure that is better but it's a fair shot at bonus at least. This division turned into a joke and now the objective handler for answering why we are inferior to Anoro - really, Novartis but it on their website and nobody here wonders why they didn't want to promote it in the us? I've never been so frustrated in any career roles and it's easy to say leave, I wish I could tomorrow but sad truth is I just realized how shitty my manager is today, and how she treated someone and suddenly the picture became clear, I was to ignorant to see it before and just did my job ignoring the nonsense but shit, once you open your eyes, it's becoming an ugly sight.
