I agree that nothing is going to be done. That's very apparent. HR has been called More than once on one particular Pittsburgh manager but she is still going strong. It's going to continue unfortunately so the only option is to get out.

She is just the tip of the iceberg in this region. She can't be blamed for all the problems, but she could be the poster child.

You're absolutely right. Nobody in this company is willing to step in and fix the Pittsburgh leadership. It's depressing and I would leave right now without a job if I could. I knew the last departure well. Way overqualified for the position in a region filled with pretenders.

yes nobody is willing to step up and take a good look at this mess. Great people have left because of the disasterous, vial and fear based management. I am one of the ones desperate to leave this place but can't until I secure another job. Until then I will continue putting up with my managers bullshit and bullying.

Resignations may occur on Sept 15th so we will get paid IC (lol) for Q2.

We were told if we don't like it here, we should leave. The smart ones with any pride are taking that advice seriously.

The attrition rate in this region has to be on human resources' radar. If you are leaving, please be honest in your exit interview. It may help your peers that are still here.

I assure you HR is not watching attrition.....at all. My friend in HR said they do not watch and do not care about rep level attrition. Their concern is making sure CBDs don't leave. I'm sorry, but your cries for help will go unanswered. No one can hear you scream, my child.

Multiple reps leaving any given district puts their DBM on the hot seat.
