Telling yourself you are in compliance when you are not does not make it true. How about you enlighten all of us and tell us how you set up a new account that has never used Levulan? What do you tell them about incubation time? When was the last time anyone on your team did a 2 day inservice with a new account? Please explain how a 1 day inservice is legal when the training guide clearly tells you to do 2 days? Please explain how showing offices how to do field treatment is legal? I have more but I will let you explain Mr. Compliant manager.

It is compliant because all of our reps are certified schizophrenic with type 1 split personality disorder. Therefore a 1 day in service is actually equal to two days ( one day for each personality).

You better do what you're told or you'll be fired on the spot coward.

where is that black chick who was all about legal compliance. Like she was a military sergeant.

She shows up one day and acts like she is ready to put us all in jail and then you never see or hear from her again.

Yes I guess India shut her up too until she could leave.

Tell her though she failed with the bravado miserably.

This company has turned into a piping hot mess quicker than anyone could have imagined. No company is devoid of off label issues, HR problems, coverage issues, infighting, periodic moral dips and corporate departures but this company has become rediculous. What a joke. I accepted an offer from a competitor last week and will be relaxing on the company dime for a short while before i quit/ start. Good luck to all the quality employees who signed on and got something very VERY different than what you were sold on.

Very funny but this fact is NOT funny. If you have EVER done a one day in-service you have BROKEN THE LAW!! This is a FACT. The ONLY reason for a one day in-service is to show a client how to do 1-3 hour incubation. YOU are in the room!!! You are witnessing them do a 1-3 hour incubation, and you are helping them with it and teaching them. WAKE THE FREAK UP people!!! Be VERY scared if you have done a 1 day in-service. Have your manager tell you different and record them. Record them on the phone and record them live. The will throw you under the bus in a heart beat to save their own asses. TRUST NOBODY!!!

My team and region knock out one day's hundreds of times and there's no recourse against us. Smart folks do what we have to do to make plan and stay under the radar. Grow some and get with the program. Nobody's looking at this on compliance end.

Compliance at Sun is a joke. They wont go to jail YOU the manager and rep will. Recourse will come once the DOJ knocks on your door. They dont warn you either they just show up. If you think you are doing what is legal go ahead and post your name on here. If you arent doing anything wrong there wont be any recourse right? Remember when Sun was having you document how many 1 day inservices you did? Everyone who did that is in deep shit. Once the whistleblower website is posted it would be wise to join the suit and be on the evidence side rather than Sun side. Make a plea deal. If you dont think shit like this is real go ask some people from warner chilcott or Tap pharma. NSDs, Reps and managers go to jail!
