I have been working for NVS Malaysia for the past 15 years, now I am reporting to Josie ONG, she is the most imcompetent person I have ever met. All the time diring meeting she will be on her mobile phone sending tax massages not paying attention to what is discussed. This shous disrespect to others. She have told me she is only here to make money and not bothered about the company. She wish she is married to a rich husband so the can be like most of her friends holding a golden gun. She is sponsoring a few of the eye doctors to get sales. I told her this is not right she asked me to watch out. HR please help. I have made reports to the BPO but no action taken
