She's too power hungry and wouldn't qualify to be a DM anywhere else based in her limited experience. Most speciality pharma requires 5 years if you're not internal. She'd be better off leaving to become a hospital rep again.

DL implosion in three, two, one....

She needs to back off the micro management, two hour conference calls and weekly "one on ones". Prediction: 2-3 more gone by end of Q3.

Every single person on her team or was on her team is more qualified to do her job.

the best part is when she starts yelling and screaming on the conference calls because nobody participates and then threatens them with extra work. Talk about an inadequate manager,

DO is in a mad dash panic to hire for the 3 empty spots on her team. It's funny that her recent new hires are already looking and interviewing to get away from her.

Word on the street. Reps at contract companies are much happier then here. And they get a large bonus.

I had a F2F with her for an open position. She seemed ok and didn't sound as bad as everyone is posting here. I was recently laid off so I need a job to support my family. Besides her possibly being my DM, can you share more about Eisai? Base, benefits, car selection etc. Whatever you provide is greet.

DL may seem normal in an interview situation but she'll be your worst nightmare in 2-3 months. Ask why she had 3 senior reps leave less than six months after she assumed the DM role? She will likely have 80% turnover in her first year. Base 95-105k, 30k bonus target (you will not make it, only top 5-7 reps make target or above) terrible upper management and marketing, company cars are Subarus. If you truly need the job, take it but keep looking. With the way things are going with the new Mono therapy indication, the NSS position will very likely be eliminated by end of Q4 (March '18).

Pretty accurate, she's the worst manager in the company, also you have restricted use of the company car that you pay a personal use charge for.

Horrible company, horrible DM. She fired an entire team of people in the NY/Boston area. Was moved to a new huge territory of 7 states, because she is the bottom feeder of the dm team. She inherited a very senior team(2 of which were trainers) and she drove 3 of them to flee for better opportunities.

DL is the worst manager in the company, never managed before, took a role nobody wanted and was never trained, has several HR complaints against her and couldn't get hired as a rep at any other company since everyone that worked for her is gone and knows her history. Her days are numbered and mid years are just around the corner.

worst manager in the company, couldn't get hired as a rep with the reputation she's developed. Several HR complaints against her, you're better off not employed than working for her.

Just seeing this district has another opening, how many is that now? Can no one see there’s a major issue here?
