well lets just say that they are saying goodbye to a lot of people due to market conditions and expanding territories and 2 MSL let go. Don't have a side gig cause you will be found out and canned. The long term prognosis of this company is a 1 trick pony that Managed Care Medicaid will not touch and no other products to be had. Bob is a joke of a leader President please they have declined so hard and fast Innes had to bolt. Yes greener pastures and he even knew that there was a fire on the wooden ship. Stay away this will only be here for a few more months maybe a year . Ask how many managers have been in any one district 2 or 3 in a 4 year product history. Maybe Cedric would have been a better leader LOL

    Good luck

If you are looking for Job Run from Orexo or if you are currently there get out ASAP!

    In 4 years
They have had 5 National Sales Directors. Jo hn G, Cedric the Entertainer, Todd, Innes, etc.
Some Regions are on there 5th Regional Manager
Some territories have had 7 reps.
    Total Brain Drain of knowledge.

Turn and burn and they don"t care about you! That is the culture. You are cattle lining up to be let go. Eventually, your number will be called. And they don't pay bonus 1/2 the time.
If Orexo invested in people it could have been a great company.

Was Syneos manager "Bertie Crowder" assigned to that region? If so, she will watch you like a hawk so make sure that you have everything in order at all times. She may present as a nice, middle-aged southern woman, but you will discover that she is something quite different. She will read over your FCR's with a fine-tooth comb and take notes. Doesn't matter if you have a cool direct manager, Bertie will be watching over you and calling to interrogate you should she find anything suspect.
