Base income??

Hi, What is the base income range for PCP? Thanks

 

Bonus is uncapped. The average bonus has been about $65,000. Real easy to blow out your numbers

Many are making zero bonus dollars
Only the top ranked reps are making bonus
That's why the turnover rate is through the roof

The base salary is according to your sales awards

 

base 50-80 depending on exper
bonus target is 40K for yr but hardly anyone makes that

 

Whoever is making that base left a bunch of money on the table. If that tells you the kind of people they hire here....leftovers.

 

For psych most got 100k+ bases. Don't believe everything you hear on cafepharm. Leftovers ???

the psych reps are cleaning up the crumbs from any previous retail person from years ago, these psych reps are used to selling in disease states that are much more common than PBA, not many of the reps will last a year.
