    No detail pieces, no speakers, no indications beyond adult schizophrenia plus a push for more calls per day, Hetlioz intakes and a dozen more required spreadsheets per week but yet each rep is somehow still responsible for the growth of other territories in the district that are several states away. The wink wink of grow Fanapt at all costs regardless of indication is alive and well and growing at Vanda. Field sales reps are being micromanaged by district managers who are being micromanaged to death by the overbearing spreadsheet and powerpoint obsessed regional managers and Tom who are nothing but errand runners for the completely out of touch DC office and senior management (they do not deserved to be called leadership, that ship has sailed). Eliminate regional management, eliminate tying any metric to district performance and allow reps to go sell and grow their territory....!!!!

    Have they hired the new DM for the southeast? How much do they pay managers at this crappy company?

    not enough! the regionals only have 4 or 5 district mgrs each. you will be worked to death and answerable to your regional and above at any hour on any day including weekends and holidays. everything is a fire drill at vanda and your reps will never answer the phone when you call as you are always calling because your regional will want to know why Dr X who wrote 1 Rx in 2013 doesnt right any more. Dr X may have died but that answer is not acceptable to the regional or above. rep turnover is very high and will be increasing. there is no money to be made as the IC plan is out of reach of most of the field including managers.

    74 territories under 100%
    Only 1 district over 100%
    Company is at 94%

    But management does not see a problem with 5% demand for growth?
    Only reps with districts over 100% get paid unless at 95.23% but yet the country is only at 94%!!!!
    Nothing over 100% to plan earns an extra dime for the vast majority of the field team.

    Senior management and data analytics are completely out of touch.

    Tom likes to recognize summer sizzle top individuals but most of those will get a big ZERO payout because it is a district contest.

    I dont care what he said, I want to know why he still works for Vanda. His failed policies have resulted in slow sales.

    60 reps are in line to get no IC bonus either. Worst IC plan ever......

    A quarter of the 115 have left since launch. Half of the 50 from 22 months ago have left. Arrogant, disrespectful and out of touch C-suite management will continue to drive away top talent.

    No goal or summer sizzle reports have been distributed. Is Jan massaging the data (what exactly does that mean)? No reports means bad numbers and the beatings will increase.

    goal report is out. over half of sales force is still on pace to get zero payout

    Account manager salary range? I get it, no one is happy with the IC plan or leadership but I need a job.

    If you are unemployed, prepare to be disappointed. All salary money is spent on hiring 22 year olds for home office jobs which they will quit six months later.

    Dr Poly only hires home office employees that are too young and naïve to understand they are being hired by an inept business owner that fires anyone that does not worship the ground he walks upon. Most home office new hires use it as quick resume builder and get out as quickly as possible.

    most field sales employees also bail within 6-12 months but they do not use vanda as a resume builder. it is too embarrassing to admit you worked for the highly unethical vanda. would a reputable company allow c suite management to continually compare fanapt sales to the sales of the other antipsychotics when the others have many more indications? direct comparisons in sales without similar indications should have compliance seriously concerned especially when the ceo has sat on his hands and refused to pursue the indications needed for sales.
