Reorg in CVI

    The reorg is coming. Doubtful any headcount reduction but they will realign territories. These are smart people we work for but not wise. Foolishness coming as corporate attempts to justify titles.

    I left this shithole a couple of years ago but am reminded occasionally to check in here. Can't believe there aren't more posts about the old CVI out of the thousands on PC and Hospital reps selling Xarelto. Too many Sanofi pricks brought in to ever make the franchise successful. I was lucky enough to get to 55 and bail when they brought in "partners" (in my case a lying little prick that made 15 calls a day on targets - he was amazing!). What's the outlook for you guys? Still have some friends there that didn't jump to Portola...

    The call thing is funny. At JBI some of the "favorite" reps claim 15 to 20 full detail sit downs with docs a day. Management holds them up as "hard working reps". It's a joke!

    You haven't figured it out yet? There's a REASON management promotes this behavior. It rewards them and JBI to do so. Open your eyes.

    Dear Dwayne and Tracy,
    We knew change was coming and expected it to be educated and strategic. Wrong. You can't reorg off a spreasheet because the data your using is fake. You have really messed this one up. If your goal was to de motivate, de moralize and pit partners vs. each others you have succeeded. Even when DSM try to explain the logic they stumble, fumble and are forced to acknowledge they really screwed this up . So your sales reps, DSM's and customers alll know this was a poor call. Your hospital calls per day will be cut and many of your prudcers are left wondering WTF while our compeitors are laughing their asses off as they know this will only help them. So watch your inflection point of when this decision was poorly rolled out and watch your calls per days and numbers tank. Know you have comeplety broken any trust and faith that we have had in you. Also, next time you roll out a re org get your talking points together. Every time Dwayne fumbled Tracy was there put her ice princess tweak on it. Learn how to advance slides and pull at least one National Confrece call off with out looking foolish. Failure across the board.

    Do you find it sad or funny that no DSM's or RBD's are taking responsibly for the botched re align. They all agree it's messed up and claim they had no input. So who made this stupid retarded decision. Dale told us this was the tip of the iceberg and even bigger changes were coming Q1 2018. Hoping he announces he is retiring and goin on Dacing w the Stars since he is such a super star in his own mind.

    National Sales Director that has never been in sales calling the shots on our re org. Never sold a pill, lemonade or ice cream. Quick to call others out and write folks up for BS but never sold a thing. Outrageous. We are totally screwed.

    Bumped into the Eliquis DSM and Rep today at the hospital. They asked how things were going and told them this would be my last week woking the institutions after several years. They thought I was pulling their leg. I assured not that HR did our re align and explained that many seasoned tenured reps were being pulled from accounts and being sent to retail while rookie reps were being placed into our accounts. I mentioned some names they again thought I was pulling their leg. Direct quote from the DSM " what idiot would make that call" I agreed and he replied " well that is great news for us things just got easier". It is a sad day when you agree with your competition that the "idiots" above us are handing away our business. Calls will fall, numbers will fall but wait you will gone in 2 years anyway, so why should you care.

    Spreedsheets, metrics, call plans and telling me what % to spend my time where and how to speak during that % does not motivate anyone to go above and beyond. People sell pills not your over engineered spreadsheets. You all should really record and listen to your conf calls because they are pathetic. Where is the spririt in our leaders to empower we the people to get it done. Your sleeves suck, your IC plan sucks and your sales direction sucks. You have engineered this to fail never considering the people that get this done. Capture the heart and the head will follow. You clearly don't get that and your results will suffer. I am not a robot.

    Love not ever again entering hospital calls. Average went from 6 to zero in 3 weeks. But wait my rookie hospital rep knows nothing about departments, MDs or really what they are doing. DM tells me to help them. Well friend my years of expeinrce and knowledge are not for free and I damn sure will not be giving them to a rookie know it all that has no clue how to work an institution. Not that we even talk anymore so DM earn your money and coach them up because I sure am not. Dwayne they should never let you lead another call again as you always sound so confused. Bless the eastcoasters I think Tracy is a man in women's clothes. Clearly she wears the pants is this disfinctional family.
