After reading the rediculous email to the field sent by Mark, it is clear that he is a clueless wimdbag. This confirms why Andrew still has a job. You can't fix stupid.

Your DBL can tell lies and make up whatever they want about you. Even if you have email proof the manager is a pathological liar, HR, won't do anything about it. Upper management refuses to admit they may have hired the wrong managers. If the company really cared to weed out the bad managers or retain good reps they would be open to surveys/feedback. Someone needs to investigate into the Rocky Mountain Area.
