Novartis Oncology - Why are so many great people leaving?

How is the me-too breast drug coming along... Please investors neeed to know the good, bad and ugly since our hedge funds depend on it.
NVS a solid short is what the street predicts due to poor data and reps sucking wind from Pfizer dominance.

Do you all read? The future is bright. First to market w/ CAR-T (hopefully). It is a game changer for blood cancers and potentially solid tumors as well.

1) Yes, we are 1st to market with CAR-T in peds. In Adults, we will be beat to market. Hinshaw is the worst leader the ONC division has seen. Seems like he has forgotten the products/sales that are bringing him to the dance. He has alienated the different sales forces and pits the mgrs against one another. There are less people on a volleyball team than there are calling on our customers and it keeps growing. If he gets up in his ripped jeans, crying, I may walk out. What is Vas going to do with him??

2) What does McKinsey have over Novartis that we cannot seem to identify any leader that does slide in from McKinsey?? Really? Is HAL 9000 running this company and the board? "I have picked up a fault in the AE-35 unit" I am not sure there are signs of life left on EC... geez. They have outsourced their jobs also...

3) Outsource what ever you want, but please help us understand what they are saying. I give up with the expense report and ADS.. fire me....and now the time delay. When is Novartis going to realize they cannot hold unrealistic expectations over their reps when the system is flawed and broken. FN fix it and not chastise people.
