    1. they are still hiring.
    2. they are productive with the sales.
    3. the cost of Ashfield reps is positive.

Should go for the full 2 and then the extra year, and I think longer. But, I am guessing like everyone else.

    Are you insane???
We have gotten no information on Q2 bonus payout - which should be in our paychecks by end of August
    No goals for Q3
    No incentive plans
    Extra year??? Lmao
Lucky if lasts until November /December

You are clearly an idiot. Incentive plan documents were sent several months ago. Ask your manager to send them to you if you don't have them. In the document it says Q2 bonus will be paid end of September. Seriously what the fuck is wrong with you?

Don't you get what the post is saying..... haven't received sales numbers??? From April, May , June!! This will tell us how much of a Bonus payout we will get!!
Last one we all got same amount

Everyone knows we get paid in September, the question is what amount??
We have not seen any numbers for Q2
Did you read email, they where suppose to be out August 4th, on how they are deciding to pay us!!
You are in for a surprise!!
That IC plan is still being decided on by Ashfield if they are going to follow it!!
    Did your DM explain that???

    Few quick questions:
    1. contract is to end in 2018...? when exactly
Contract started in 2016 and it's a 1 year contract. The original training class was told 1 year.

    2. selling Spiriva and Stiolto- weighted 50/50?
Stiolto copd 70% spiriva copd 30% asthma 10%

    3. Reporting to BI manager..? ..or?
Reoort to BOTH. Report to BI manager For fieldwork, fieldrodes, admin but raises, bonuses , IC are handled by ashfield ops manager .. no rankings given. Quota gives 3 days before quarter ends.
    4. How many contract/ BI reps per territory?
These are all mostly overlay positoms. 1 ashfield rep and 2 BI reps

    5. training?
2 weeks home. 8 days away with BI training and ashfield mgmt isn't even there.

There are different Spiriva contracts. The one I am on is supposed to go til Jan 2019, with a 1 year extension. ?We will get there in my opinion, and Ashfield is a good, growing company.

This post is not true. Both BI respiratory contracts started in 2016 and were slated for 1 year. The 1st contact began in June 2016 and it's currently on the table being discussed. The 2nd contact began Dec 2016. It's hysterical how manipulative The Ashfield flunkies are. They keep throwing out extended dates to make you think you are SAFE.

I am on asthma team since it started in January of 2017. It is contracted through
    December 2018. That's a fact

    Hey Genius,

Contracts are made to be broken. That is a fact also.

    Be prepared.

Get a clue. Contracts always go down, that's a fact. Most contracts last between 1 year to 2 years. I've been on several contracts and I still find it amazing that reps are shocked that a contract could go down.

My guess is this goes til the end of 2019. Ashfield is doing a great job. The product is excellent.

Spoken by an Ashfield manager/RBD/operations person whom Is incentivized to manipulate...
there is no way this contract will last 2 years... that wasn't even on the table in the most recent BI /
Ashfield discussions. BI will not commit to something that long... no way no how.

    Couldn't disagree more, Pinapple Head....

    1. BI is a private company, so automatically have more integrity than the public traded pieces of shit out there.

    2. The product is still "new", and is a good product with great coverage. The co pay cards good for over a year now, and that is a good sign. You can tell the way the co pay cards were set up, that the contract will last as long as those are still in play.

    3. Ashfiled is doing a great job. The leadership at Ashfield is strong. And Ashfield is doing some great things at home office, wanting to grow their business as well.
