I heard 2 more left. Arbor used to be a good place to work! Sad the culture has changed and it seems that people get promoted more times than they change their underwear. I'm thankful for the experience I received in the early years of my employment with Arbor, but really thankful I saw the writing on the wall! What a relief to have moved on to a company that values it's reps, has good management, encourages and doesn't threaten reps for not keeping their CRM up to date every minute of every second of every day!!! CRM is a not a metric to measure a reps success!

Yes, a really good rep in the south just left that's been here for a long time! This management does nothing but run good people off. She probably stayed longer than she should of but she was loyal to her hiring manager. Pretty much everyone he hired is loyal to him bc he is such a good leader. We need more people like him leading this company vs making marketing pieces.

Yep. Such a shame that they ran Heidi off. She is a really great rep.

If you have to question working at Arbor then you've answered your own question. This is by far the worst decision I've ever made in my career to come work here. After speaking with recruiters it has been made clear this is the worst company to work for in pharma. You get no real training and other companies think you're as good as an Enterprise employee.

Also, if you are a job seeker, you should know that you will not get a laptop with Arbor and there is no technical support - no phone number to call if you have a problem! So do not assume this place is like all other pharmaceutical companies.

Define "long time". Anyone here more than 2-3 years is considered senior staff.

She was here 5, maybe 6 years. She was really loyal to her amazing manager but through the many changes in upper management, there just wasn't much to remain loyal to. It was a really hard decision for her but Arbor can't compete with any other pharma company financially. And when the culture has become terrible, no reason left to stay.

This company is so small,no one has even posted anything on this board today! Oh, I know why, half of the people have either quit or been fired.

I don't think so. Anyone worth anything moves on and leaves Arbor. There are those who are here temporarily and those who are brain washed that plan to stay.

Arbor is where reject reps go to die.

Haha. It's where those that couldn't get a job with a real pharma company go in a sad attempt to get experience not realizing that working here still gives you no experience.
