I would be grateful if someone would be honest and tell me what the salary range is for a Territory Manager with Boston Scientific is?

Thank you so much in advance! ☺️

    neuromodulation territory manager:
    Level 1: Salary base 65K
    Level 2 : salary base between 65-79K
(Obviously it should always be negotiated- so if you can sell with experience, if can be a little higher)

Commission structure depends on a 3 things
-what your current territory revenue already is at
    - if you have a co-TM, or Sales associate that you might have to share/split comp with
    - who at BSX is putting your quotas together (regardless if you are the best of the best in sales, or somewhat Green to sales) some managers will give insanely low quotes, while they give other insanely high quotes

That’s a fair description of salary for most SCS companies. It’s a good living but a lot of work. Just be cautious of the newer scs companies that are struggling. The last two to get in are going to fall out in another year if they even last that long. Chronic pain is terrible. Neuromodulation is gratifying and I miss being a part of it. Spine is cut throat and slimy!

You must be a pharma rep. You would be a perfect "territory manager". We call them Regional Managers by the way. That is how I knew you were from Pharma.

Someone needs to get a grip on his/her self-importance. Feeling empowered after this pathetic attempt to make someone else feel small?

    Have fun working in neuromod!

I’ve worked at BSC for years and you can’t just jump around from one division to another. Not how it works. They’re basically different companies with totally different cultures. Med Surg is by far best culture but I’m biased (uro/ph, Endo and neromodulation). May not be as much money as some other divisions but it’s still very competitive. And the ass hat that said we aren’t TMs earlier on this thread is full of shit. No division at BSC has Regional Managers for reps. We are all TMs (territory managers). Our Region Managers are called just that - region managers.

You know how I can tell you’re completely idiotic? Because:
I worked for BSCI. I was a TM (Territory Manager) my Manager title is RBM (Regional Business Manager)
How I know you only care about yourself and NOTHING else? You write this ridiculous false post and never once think. There are different divisions with BSCI. Please stay with Boston, you’re fit right in with all of them.

This statement is so true. Each division wants nothing to do with any other.
