If anyone needs a lawyer to help represent them, I would strongly endorse the services of the person below. She is wonderful and a real bulldog. http://www.linkedin.com/pub/kerry-sorvino/1b/9ab/426
Are you serious!?! She's the attorney who has an office within Baxter, a Baxter e-mail address, and is a hired gun to fire people in the sales organization. By the way, I've never heard of the college or law school she says she went to. What a joke.
If you see her in the hallway, ask how her dog is doing. The one that got fried years back because she was an idiot and walked it over an electrical wire. Like they say, common sense is not so common.
If you get a call from HR to go see her, then start looking. Take an attorney with you, or walk out during the meeting until you get representation. You have to know how to play the game.
if she starts eating don't stand in front of her unless you want to get pelted with her food chunks. That is my legal advice.
one great strategy is to go on short term disability. If you get a call from HR then tell them you have a doctors appointment that you must go to. I am sure we all can make a call to one of our doctor friends and be seen. I would get an approved medical leave and then start looking for a new job. Find your new job then tell Baxter to kiss you ass cause you resign. Do some research cause this will work and they cannot fire you.
I had to work with her after her she was given a cushy compliance role and have never seen such incompetence. She has no clue how the industry works, just starts yelling when you start suggesting other ideas, and chased away everyone with a shred of competence that was once on her team.
