Future of US Pharma Overlay positions

If anyone has any real Intel please post. I'm noticing reps flock from these positions to base positions whenever an opportunity arises, regardless of selling face.

 

I doubt those who know will help us out, not the GSK way!

Overlay isn't where you want to be. There's two other Triples coming, Generic Advair is coming, our drugs may start to cannibalize other ones we are selling, and we have a large headcount. Limited access and lack of control of your territory and days doesn't make for a comfortable time.

It was a nice way to force some out the door and while having a purgatory with flexibility from the corporate view. Those who have Tri are safe, can't guarantee everyone else.
