Mapping is complete. There will be a reduction in force of 150 people in the field. Everything will be completed before Thanksgiving. Good Luck to everyone that will be out of work starting the new year. Packages are very solid. Should have health insurance until July 1st, 2018, many longer.

Mapping is not quite complete yet as it did not include the layers of worthless managers and directors ranks which really need heavy pruning anyway. Also there may be still some horse trading going on between the managers. More to come on that after they dutifully do the tough work of laying people go to be followed up you're next to be canned!

It will be done by Thanksgiving with generous severance packages. So good that some of the remaining may wish you got canned since many of you who are really good know you can easily find another job.

The mapping is basically complete. The number is 200-210, in terms of reps, DMs, Directors, TLLs and reimbursement specialists that will be displaced.

Packages are good. You should be able to take the Holidays off and start looking for a job next year. Plenty of salary and health benefits to cover for awhile.

Any idea how much from each franchise? Are all RS and TLLs gone or just some?

Is this company wide or just BioOnc?

BioOnc: Reps 150-160 DMs 20 RMs 4-5, the rest RS, TLLs and Nurse Educators

Rural States will see much larger territories to justify the salaries

What criteria will they use to determine who goes?

Something is likely to happen but I highly doubt those posting facts and figures right now are in the know.

I heard there is going to be a large cut in DM's.

Along those lines, plenty of discussion around Divisions being at the Territory Board level. One manager for each of the four major franchise partners. It makes sense, but this is not looking good for anyone.

I heard they were only going to have DM's in large metro areas, NY, Chicago, San Fran, LA, Dallas, Denver, Atlanta, etc for travel purposes.

The number loss of jobs is going to be huge. We had to factor in the Avastin Biosimilar impact, as well as the countinuous beating we are taking on 340B and losing the fight against Merck in the PD1-PD-L1 arena. 340B is crushing us and only gets worse each month. There are going to be a lot of good people losing their jobs in November and ending up on the streets. We are going to need to be there for each other. Sorry for the bad news.

GNE = the heard mentality. Glad to go to a start up and make 10 years GNE income in 3 years with stock equities alone. To look back at it, very high school like cliques and less ambitious salespeople overall.
