They need to rename this Shire NBU/OBU Company

    Because 99% of the posts come from these 2 big pharma divisions at Shire. Believe me, people internally are noticing. You will be treated the way you act. There are too many people, and the immaturity is overwhelming. Unfortunately there are probably a handful of reps that don't fit into this category, but unfortunately you are seen the same way.

Sorry the hundreds of people in our division have been screwed for years and you're still new enough to be "above" cafepharma. Well obviously you're checking it and have taken the first step of starting your own post to talk shit and complain....so your point above is completely mute and you look like an idiot

    Maybe there are more post for these 2 divisions because there are considerable more people in these two business units, maybe because these are BU that get screwed, oh and maybe it's because they don't get bonus paid out when told. If you don't like it, don't friggin read it, and honestly I don't really care if those "interanally" don't like it and I will guess both BU are NOT going to loose sleep if those in their cubicle are upset!
    Obviously you are not in sales and do not understand the purpose of this board- it is to allow people to voice their complaints/concerns/issues etc. since leadership does not allow such a forum. Again, don't come to this board, no one is forcing you, or are they???

    offer reps in those divisions a package to walk away. Better for everyone, particularly them.

    If you understood what those reps are being forced to deal with you would feel more sympathetic. After the conference calls this morning I predict a torrent of resignations. How any of this is legal is beyond comprehension.

    They just re-adjusted NBU adult reps goals for Q3. We all went down big time! I lost about $6k off my bonus QTD.

    Yes NBU was raped of money they rightfully earned. Who changes a bonus structure 2 weeks before the end of the quarter? Who does that? What kind of company changes the rules of the payout after the fact? KC and MR that's who. Spineless, "yes men" that will drop to their knees for FO and PS. I hope you both enjoy being their bitches while all your dignity and self respect goes out the door. We all know you both didn't earn the titles you have, but you've clearly proven why you don't deserve it. I hope you weren't surprised why no one stood and clapped for you at the launch meeting. I've never seen that happen before, but then again you both are really THAT bad.

    Plenty of pediatric reps went down too. Completely ridiculous that they can do this at the end of the quarter. This company has turned into a joke.

    This company is a disgrace. great idea post launch to take away money on the one product we were going to make money on. So far you have stolen our xiidra bonus set us up to never pay us for mydayis and now you are stealing our Vyvanse bonus. if you thought the sales force wasnt excited or engaged before what do you think will happen now?

    I have supported shire through good and bad times... no longer... I am furious. As a mother I teach my children to do what they say and say what they do... obviously Mark and kevin missed that lesson growing up. I have 3 generations of military in my family. I know kevin didn't learn the "lie to those you lead" while he served. Does anyone really know if he was honorably discharged. This whole band of incompetent leaders needs to be dishonarably discharged from Shire and banned from the industry.
