So here we (Par South) are, IN THE DARK.......AGAIN. Our management team isn't giving us any insight or updates. Seems to be the trend, right? We continue to push these products out the door as if nothing had happened and the rumors start to flare up about a buyer. Yet no word from our "leaders" about said buyer, number of batches left, what direction we are going, what will happen to us if we are purchased? As if we have not been mistreated enough. Last thing we want to hear about is a buyer coming in, laying off yet again, docking pay 10%, and losing our severance packages.....huge slap to the face.

 

When will the leadership team start to give us an update on the future of the site?

 

What is up with the rumor about Boston Scientific purchasing the site???

 

When the company files for bankruptcy protection to eliminate the majority of the debt they currently have i hope most of you are not counting on those severance packages. That money will go away, please start planning now.

 

PAR South hourly operators have decided to walk out and not return to work on 9/11/2017. They will no longer be part of the poor leadership of this company.

I have heard from multiple sources that Trump will be onsite for part of his visit to Huntsville, AL. Anything he can do to help keep jobs in the US.

Yahoo News, is report that Trump Holdings, LLC has reached a purchase agreement for the PAR Pharmaceuticals Huntsville, AL site. They will retain all employees in which are participating in the Boycott the NFL initiative.

It's been a while folks,, do y'all think TPG will double dip? Looks to me with Endo trying to sue the FDA, lawsuits against Endo, our name and reputation is complete mud. Stock is crap. Endo management is a complete joke. The list goes on and on. What are your thoughts?

Is TPG considering buying-bailing out Endo? Paul Campanelli had a great relationship with TPG while they owned Par Pharmaceutical. Perhaps this was all planned...TPG sells Par to Endo. Paul C becomes the CEO. Stock price crashes through intentional bad management decisions. Paul C sets up Endo to be acquired by his pals at TPG. TPG then sells Endo in 2-5 years, so Paul C and the TPG good fellows can move on to more serious projects.
