So I got a few beers in an HR friend and he confused that Alcon cannot legally stop Cafepharma so they plan to keep trolling this page and post stupid comments to get people to lose interest in Cafepharma.

It seems the HR trolls are dwindling. Two HR heads resigned in less than 30 days. Word has it they have some serious dirt and are working with their own attorneys. Wonder how long it will be before we read about it in the Startle-gram.
Why are some of the HR people in India and region still there? Especially the Indian HR head , as nothing of great value has been achieved by that group to bring in people who can change our performance , the person is no good still hanging on by pleasing the bosses and arrogant with staff all round....Thought Novartis would have changed the whole HR.
