Amedica CEO Dr. Sonny Bal MD, JD, PHD, MBA was part of Zimmer's surgeon panel from 2002-2014 (i assume he isnt now that hes Amedicas CEO). Centerpulse CEO Dr. Max Link, PHD before Zimmer acquisition in 2003 became Chairman of the Board of Amedica 2003-2014. Amedica also took Dana Lyon after the whole Zimmer stryker poaching lawsuit. Dana was looking for a quick exit and found a home with at Amedica, where he can help bring this to Zimmer. My Amedica Blog is about Amedica and the prospect of an Amedica and Zimmer partnership. If you read all of it you will see that it is genuine, well researched material. Amedica will not be Delisted as others suggest, they are in a quite period preparing for the announcement of a Zimmer Amedica partnership providing technology for implants of the future. Is it that hard to see? Everyone knows this will replace ceramic first, as studies show that it is not biocompatible. I'm here saying its a special product Si3N4 is and that it would fit wonderfully in Zimmers portfolio in place of TM; at least in the areas TM fails. This for sure. Usually a small group of "investors" that all jack off together on penny stocks and try and make a few dollars pushing stories online. Looks like these morons have been at it since 2015 pushing Amedica stories around on investor websites, blogs and CP. same person/group doing it all in hopes of raising the penny stock price.
To says that one should look at the connections between the 2 companies is a joke...this entire industry is incestuous. I lost money on this joke too. It was a scam from the beginning (AK was a snake oil salesman). Even with a sale, nobody will make what they put in. a write off is as good as a sale at this point and probably would be faster.
