You’re a fucking idiot. Vent sakes have no impact on stock price. Compliance risk and recalls do.

    Breaking news

Ru-roh! How about we intubate you and throw you on the vent? How about a family member? Have a kid? Still comfortable with your enthusiasm?

Anyone that puts a 980 on a patient is inviting a massive negligence lawsuit for their facility, by default vent employees better get ready for depositions. People have stated previously all the design issues, faults, and flaws.

Guess what? Bad shit is still happening. What does that tell you? Band aids don’t work for this $180 million resource sucking black hole. It needs to be scrapped and redesigned.

Have you read all the problems mentioned? There is a history of bad acts thanks to Jim Willey and Pete Wehrly. Omar bought the company knowing all these problems, thought he could put a bandaid on it. Instead the company’s at risk for a massive class action.

Oh, Newport’s a fucking mess too.

If they knowingly purchase, install and use a defective piece of equipment that causes injury or death, it’s negligence. Could probably be positioned as fraud by a mildly competent attorney.

The history of 980 issues here and on public record adds 0’s to damages. Hello class action.

Pulled from the NICU once, now more problems. Leak comp bug can still kill babies or cause pneumothorax in an adult. Been around since 840 days. Never fixed.
